AI Score grader
See how four AI models perceive your brand across five dimensions. Pro.
The AI Score grader shows how leading AI models describe your brand, scores that perception, tracks it over time, and tells you what to fix. It is a Pro feature.
At a glance
- Pro feature at
/manage/<your-company>/grader; Free companies see an upgrade prompt. - Grades 4 providers — OpenAI, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude — on 5 dimensions, each scored 0–100.
- Brand Sentiment (0–40) is the highest-weighted dimension.
- Five sub-tabs: Overview, Provider Comparison, Trends, Improve, and Compare.
- Re-grade on demand from Overview; Pro also re-grades automatically every week to build Trends.
Where to find it
Open /manage/<your-company>/grader in your dashboard. On Pro, the grader runs automatically on your first visit if your profile has a website and has not been graded yet. Free companies see an upgrade prompt instead.
How grading works
For each grading, the tool sends a research probe about your company to four AI providers in parallel, then a judge model reads each provider's answer and scores it on five dimensions. Each provider gets a 0-100 score (the sum of the five dimensions), and the page shows an average across all providers that responded.
Providers graded
| Provider | Powers |
|---|---|
| OpenAI | ChatGPT |
| Perplexity | Real-time AI answers |
| Gemini | Google results |
| Claude | Anthropic apps |
If a provider fails to respond, its card is marked and the average is computed from the providers that did answer.
The five scoring dimensions
| Dimension | Points | What it measures |
|---|---|---|
| Brand Recognition | 0–20 | Whether AI knows your company and how accurately it identifies you |
| Market Score | 0–10 | How well AI understands your competitive position and market context |
| Presence Quality | 0–20 | The accuracy, depth, and freshness of what AI knows about you |
| Brand Sentiment | 0–40 | How positive the overall perception is — the highest-weighted dimension |
| Share of Voice | 0–10 | How prominent you are versus competitors AI mentions |
Brand Sentiment carries the most weight because how an AI feels about your brand drives whether it recommends or ignores you.
Sub-tabs
| Tab | What it does |
|---|---|
| Overview | Your average score, each provider's score, and a button to re-grade |
| Provider Comparison | Side-by-side scores and per-dimension bars for every provider |
| Trends | A line chart of your score history once you have at least two gradings |
| Improve | Your weakest dimensions first, with tips and one-click Q&A generation, plus a profile readiness checklist |
| Compare | Grade a competitor on demand and see your scores next to theirs across all providers |
Re-grading
On the Overview tab, click "Re-grade" to run a fresh grading on demand. Pro companies are also graded automatically on a weekly schedule, so Trends fills in over time without manual runs. Each grading is saved, so the history and trend chart keep building.
Independent customer reviews are coming soon as a further evaluate-stage signal; they are not part of the AI Score today.

FAQ
Which AI providers does the AI Score grade?
Four: OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude (Anthropic). Each gets a 0–100 score, and the page shows an average across the providers that responded.
Is the AI Score grader free?
No, it is a Pro feature. Free companies see an upgrade prompt at /manage/<your-company>/grader instead of grading results.
How is each provider's score calculated?
A judge model reads each provider's answer and scores it on five dimensions — Brand Recognition (0–20), Market Score (0–10), Presence Quality (0–20), Brand Sentiment (0–40), and Share of Voice (0–10). The provider's 0–100 score is the sum of those five.
Do I have to re-grade manually?
No. You can click "Re-grade" on the Overview tab anytime, but Pro companies are also graded automatically on a weekly schedule, so the Trends chart fills in over time on its own.
When does the Trends chart appear?
Once you have at least two gradings. Each grading is saved, so the history and trend line keep building.
Does the AI Score include customer reviews?
Not today. Independent customer reviews are coming soon as a further evaluate-stage signal, but they are not part of the AI Score yet.
