    Discoverability score

How your readiness is scored across the discover, evaluate, and trust pillars.

The discoverability score is a single readiness number that tells you how prepared your company is to be discovered, evaluated, and trusted. It's shown on your Overview at /manage/<your-company> and in the sidebar progress ring.

    At a glance

    • A single 0–100 readiness number shown on your Overview at /manage/<your-company> and in the sidebar progress ring.
    • It sums points across categories: profile completeness, knowledge coverage, machine-readable outputs, social presence, content richness, and AI Trust on every plan.
    • Pro adds two categories — brand perception and SEO health — so the maximum is higher; the bar is always a percentage of the points available on your plan.
    • The same signals re-group on the Overview into the Discover, Evaluate, and Trust pillars, each with its own percentage and next-action link.
    • Biggest levers: a complete profile, 3+ Q&A in each of the five knowledge sections, at least three solutions, and a published trust profile.

    What it measures

The score sums points across several categories. Some are available on every plan; brand perception and SEO are Pro-only.

    CategoryWhat it rewardsPlan
Profile completenessName, tagline, logo, website, description (500+ chars), main image, founded year, headquartersAll
Knowledge coverageAt least 3 Q&A pairs in each of the five GEO sectionsAll
Machine-readable outputsAI bullets, at least 1 and at least 3 solutions, demo emailAll
Social presenceLinkedIn, Twitter, and Crunchbase URLsAll

AI TrustCompleteness of your published trust profileAll

SEO healthTracked keywords, top-10 rankings, content gaps, content plans, recent rank checksPro

Because Pro adds two categories, the maximum possible score is higher on Pro. The bar is always shown as a percentage of the points available on your plan.

How it maps to the three pillars

The same signals are re-grouped on your Overview into the three mission pillars:

    • Discover — Profile, knowledge, machine-readable outputs, social, and content richness. This is everything that makes you findable and legible.
    • Evaluate — Your case studies, featured testimonials, and (Pro) the brand-perception grade from the AI Score grader.
    • Trust — The completeness of your trust profile.

Each pillar shows a percentage, the items left to complete, and a next-action link.

    How to improve it

    Work the highest-value gaps first:

    1. Fill out your profile completely — description length, logo, main image, and social links each add points.
    2. Add Q&A to all five knowledge sections; aim for at least 3 pairs each.
    3. List your solutions — at least three.
    4. Publish your trust profile.
    5. On Pro, run the AI Score grader and set up SEO intelligence.

The Overview's "next action" link always points you at the most specific incomplete item, so you can chip away at the score one fix at a time.

    FAQ

What range does the score use?

It's a 0–100 readiness number, shown as a percentage of the points available on your plan and rendered in the sidebar progress ring on your Overview.

Why is the maximum score higher on Pro?

Pro adds two scored categories — brand perception and SEO health — that the free plan doesn't have. Because the bar is shown as a percentage of the points available on your plan, free companies can still reach 100% without them.

    What earns the most points?

A complete profile is the single biggest lever, followed by knowledge coverage (at least 3 Q&A pairs in each of the five sections), listing at least three solutions, and publishing your trust profile.

How does the score relate to the three pillars?

The same signals are re-grouped on your Overview into Discover (profile, knowledge, outputs, social, content), Evaluate (case studies, testimonials, and on Pro the brand grade), and Trust (your trust profile). Each pillar shows a percentage and a next-action link.

What's the fastest way to raise my score?

Work the highest-value gaps first: complete your profile, add 3+ Q&A to all five knowledge sections, list three or more solutions, and publish your trust profile. The "next action" link always points to your most specific incomplete item.
