    Case studies

Publish customer success stories with outcomes and metrics.

Case studies are customer success stories you publish to give buyers independent proof of outcomes. They are free on every plan and sit in the Evaluate pillar.

    At a glance

    • Publish customer success stories as independent, evaluate-stage proof for buyers and AI assistants.
    • Manage them at /manage/<your-company>/case-studies, newest first; each goes live at /content/<slug>.
    • Free on every plan — no Pro upgrade required.
    • Each case study captures a title, slug, and published date, and counts toward your profile.
    • Lead with the outcome and include specific metrics — figures get cited far more than generic claims.

    Where to find it

Open /manage/<your-company>/case-studies in your dashboard. The page lists every case study you have published, newest first, with a link to view each one on its public page at /content/<slug>.

    What a case study captures

Use the "Add Case Study" dialog to create one. A case study records:

    FieldWhat it holds
TitleThe headline of the story, usually naming the customer or the result
SlugThe URL segment for the public page (/content/<slug>)
Published dateWhen the case study went live, used to sort the list

Each case study is stored as published content, so once added it is immediately live on its own page and counted toward your profile.

How case studies help the Evaluate pillar

Buyers and AI assistants both look for proof when they compare options. Case studies supply that proof: real customers, real outcomes, and specific metrics they can cite. The more concrete the result (numbers, timeframes, named outcomes), the more useful the story is to an AI assistant deciding whether to recommend you.

To get the most evaluate-stage value:

    1. Lead the title with the outcome, not the customer logo.
    2. Include specific metrics in the body — figures are cited far more often than generic claims.
    3. Publish more than one so buyers see a pattern of results, not a single anecdote.

Case studies feed your readiness in the Evaluate pillar. See how they roll up in the discoverability score.

    FAQ

Do I need a Pro plan to publish case studies?

No. Case studies are free on every plan. You can add and publish them whether you are on Free or Pro.

Where does a published case study appear?

Each one goes live immediately on its own public page at /content/<slug>, and it is listed in your dashboard at /manage/<your-company>/case-studies, newest first.

What information does a case study capture?

A title, a slug for the public URL, and a published date. The published date is used to sort the list.

How do I make a case study more useful to AI assistants?

Lead the title with the outcome rather than the customer logo, and include specific metrics in the body. Concrete figures, timeframes, and named outcomes are cited far more often than generic claims.

Why do case studies matter for the Evaluate pillar?

Buyers and AI assistants look for proof when comparing options. Case studies supply real customers and real outcomes, and publishing more than one shows a pattern of results rather than a single anecdote.
