Claim or add your company
Submit a new company or claim an existing page, and what the review flow looks like.
There are two ways to get a company page: submit a new company through the wizard, or claim a page that already exists. Both require a Welcome.AI account.
At a glance
- Submit a new company through the four-step wizard at /submit: Account, Basics, Details, Review.
- Company name and website are required in Basics; the wizard auto-checks for an existing match and can auto-fill your tagline and logo.
- New submissions go to the Welcome.AI team for review and are published once approved.
- If your company is already listed, claim it by contacting the Welcome.AI team for access — don't submit a duplicate.
- After approval, manage everything at
/manage/<your-company>.
Submit a new company
Go to /submit and work through the four-step wizard. Submissions are saved for admin review before they go live.
- Account — Sign in or create an account. The wizard advances automatically once you're signed in.
- Basics — Enter your company name and website (both required), plus an optional tagline. As you type the website, the wizard checks whether the company already exists and auto-fills your tagline and logo from the page when it can.
- Details — Add a description, headquarters, employee count range, and a primary category.
- Review — Confirm the details, edit any step if needed, and submit.
After you submit, you'll see a preview of how your page will look. The submission goes to the Welcome.AI team for review; once approved, your page is published and you can manage it.
Claiming an existing company
Many AI companies are already listed from public sources. In the Basics step, if your website matches a company already in the directory, the wizard tells you the company exists and links to its page instead of creating a duplicate. To take over management of that page, reach out to the Welcome.AI team to be granted access — don't submit it again.
Where you manage your page
Once you have access, your dashboard lives at /manage/<your-company> (your company's slug). That's where you edit your profile, add solutions, write knowledge Q&A, and track your readiness. See your company dashboard for a full tour.

Do I need an account to submit or claim a company?
Yes. Both submitting a new company and claiming an existing one require a Welcome.AI account. The wizard's first step lets you sign in or create one.
What information do I need to submit a company?
At minimum, your company name and website (both required in the Basics step). You can also add a tagline, description, headquarters, employee count range, and a primary category.
How long until my submission goes live?
After you submit, your page goes to the Welcome.AI team for review and is published once approved. You'll see a preview of how it will look right after submitting.
My company is already listed — how do I take it over?
Don't submit it again. In the Basics step the wizard tells you if your website already matches a listing; reach out to the Welcome.AI team to be granted management access to that existing page.
