    Company profile

Your core identity: name, logo, description, links, and company details.

Your profile is the first thing buyers and AI agents read about you. Edit it at /manage/<your-company>/profile. A complete profile is the single biggest lever on your discoverability score.

    At a glance

    • Edit your profile at /manage/<your-company>/profile; it's available on both free and Pro plans.
    • Fields are grouped into cards: basic info, images, description, AI bullets and categories, and social links and contact.
    • The description is Markdown and the score rewards length at 500+ and again at 1000+ characters.
    • Logo is best as a square (e.g. 512x512px, max 2MB); the main image is recommended at 1200x630px (max 5MB).
    • A save bar appears when you have unsaved changes, and only the fields you actually changed are written.

    Profile fields

The profile editor is grouped into cards.

    Basic information

    • Company name (required)
    • Tagline — a short one-line description
    • Website
    • Headquarters — city, country
    • Founded year
    • Employee count — a range: 1-10, 11-50, 51-200, 201-500, 501-1000, 1001-5000, or 5000+

    Images

    • Company logo — square works best, e.g. 512x512px (max 2MB)
    • Main company image — recommended 1200x630px (max 5MB)

    Description

A long-form description written in Markdown. A formatting toolbar adds headings, bold, italic, lists, and links. Aim for depth: the score rewards descriptions of 500+ characters, and again at 1000+.

    AI bullets and categories

    • AI insight bullets — short bullet points summarizing what you do. Use Generate Bullets to draft them from your name, tagline, and description.
    • Categories — assign your company across industry, business function, technology, audience, and use case so it surfaces in the right places.
    • LinkedIn URL
    • Twitter URL
    • Crunchbase URL
    • Demo request email (Pro) — demo requests from your public page are sent here

    How to edit

    1. Open /manage/<your-company>/profile.
    2. Change any fields. The editor tracks what you changed.
    3. When you have unsaved changes, a save bar appears at the bottom — select Save changes, or Discard to revert to the last saved version.

Only the fields you actually changed are written, so edits made elsewhere aren't overwritten.

    Why a complete profile matters

Profile fields feed several scored categories — completeness, content richness, social presence, and machine-readable outputs. Each filled field also gives AI agents more accurate, citable detail about your company through your AI presence endpoints. See the discoverability score for exactly which fields earn points.

    FAQ

How long should my description be?

Aim for depth. The discoverability score rewards descriptions of 500+ characters and again at 1000+, so a fuller write-up earns more points and gives AI agents more to cite.

What image sizes should I upload?

A square logo works best — for example 512x512px, up to 2MB. The main company image is recommended at 1200x630px, up to 5MB.

Will editing my profile overwrite changes made elsewhere?

No. The editor tracks what you changed and writes only those fields, so edits made in other sections or by teammates aren't overwritten.

What are AI insight bullets and how do I create them?

They're short bullet points summarizing what you do. Use the Generate Bullets action to draft them automatically from your name, tagline, and description, then edit as needed.

Is the demo request email available on the free plan?

No. The demo request email field is a Pro feature; demo requests from your public page are routed to the address you set there.
